We will then hold your dates four working-
If your holiday period covers two different weekly rates, please divide each weekly rate by seven to obtain the nightly rate and then multiply by the number of nights for each rental rate period.
Bed linen and hand / bath towels are supplied and changed weekly.You only need to take beach towels.
The apartment is cleaned between lets. There is a Zanussi washing machine and airing
& ironing facilities. Cot and high-
per week per item. Please bring cot linen and use the washing machine.
For stays of up to and including fourteen nights, a £100.00 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance to be paid eight weeks before departure.
For stays of fifteen nights or more, a deposit of 25% is required upon booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks before departure.
For bookings made within eight weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid.
Payment may be made by cheque / internet transfer / PAYPAL. If you have another preferred method of payment, please contact us

On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send you an acknowledgement letter.
The balance will then become payable eight weeks before your departure date.
Once the balance payment has been made, and the funds have cleared, we will send you a balance payment acknowledgement letter and this will contain all the information you'll need ahead of your holiday on the island of Menorca.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR CHOSEN DATES ARE AVAILABLE AND THAT WE HAVE RESERVED THEM IN YOUR NAME .
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside the apartment.
2012 will be our 10th year of renting out the apartment.
