Location

The apartment is located just two minutes’ walk from steps leading down to the idyllic sandy beach of Son Parc, one of Menorca's best kept secrets.

The apartment is close to a good selection of bars and restaurants and is one of only forty on the same complex.

Immediately outside the apartment entrance door are two kidney-shaped communal pools. The private sun terrace is equipped with sunbeds, table, seating for four and a parasol.

With one double and one twin bedroom the apartment can sleep up to four persons (plus one baby).

We have let the apartment since 2002 and have many happy guests from previous years.

 

There are two swimming pools on the doorstep.
There is parking for one car
The local beach is minutes away.
